In February 2023, the Shenzhen municipal government recognized three blocks in Cuizhu, Dongmen, and Guiyuan of Luohu as among the first internationalized blocks in the city.

The blocks in Cuizhu and Dongmen were evaluated as internationalized commerce, culture, and tourism blocks, while the block in Guiyuan was listed as an internationalized commercial exchange block.

Cuizhu Subdistrict: International Commercial, Cultural and Tourism Block

The Cuizhu Subdistrict international block will provide foreigners with a comfortable living environment and friendly life services so that they can connect with communities and learn about the local culture. Dongmen Subdistrict: International Commercial, Cultural and Tourism Block
