Luohu Government Services Center receives national award
Luohu has recently been recognized as one of China's top 10 innovative government service halls, according to the 2024 assessment of the China Excellent Government Services Platform (Digital Government). The district introduced key service principles, focusing on providing proactive online and offline services, as well as enhancing efficacy and efficiency through QR code scanning technology.
By adopting a citizen- and enterprise-centered approach, Luohu leverages big data to identify and assist targeted companies and individuals. The district proactively sends reminders and notifications, having delivered over 1.3 million services in areas such as healthcare, medical care, employment, and civil affairs. Additionally, more than 100 companies have benefited from fast-lane services for business solicitation and investment attraction.
Over 217 government service items are now accessible at residents' doorsteps, significantly improving convenience for both citizens and businesses.
The district also provides comprehensive guidance for companies and residents throughout the service process using advanced technologies such as remote screen sharing and remote identity verification. A total of 76 service items are supported with video-based assistance, including video consultations, guided procedures, and video-enabled handling.
Residents and businesses can access services, guidance, and dedicated service teams by scanning QR codes available at 23 locations across 10 subdistricts, including industrial parks, major office buildings, and residential communities. These innovations deliver remarkable efficiency and convenience for users.
