During the event, Hong Kong's Temple Street and Shenzhen's Dongmen Old Street signed a friendly cooperation framework agreement to promote mutual development.
According to reports, the commercial pedestrian streets of Hong Kong and Shenzhen are establishing a pedestrian street cooperation model aimed at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This initiative seeks to enhance Hong Kong's role as an international metropolis by expanding unique commercial services.
Yu Huanhuai, chairman of the Eastern District Committee of Yau Tsim Mong in Hong Kong, stated at the event that through this cooperation, Shenzhen's Dongmen internet celebrities will be regularly invited to Hong Kong to promote Temple Street. This effort aims to showcase Hong Kong's cultural features to a broader audience and attract more tourists to visit and spend in Hong Kong.
