Luohu provides prosecutorial protection for private enterprises
The Luohu People's Procuratorate (LPP), in collaboration with the Luohu District Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce), convened a conference titled "Advancing Legal Compliance and Safeguarding the High-Quality Development of Private Enterprises." Concurrently, this event marked the commencement of the LPP's special action aimed at prosecutorial private enterprises through prosecutorial means. Over a hundred private entrepreneurs participated in the gathering.
During the conference, Deputy Chief Prosecutor Wang Linfeng, drawing upon the special action plan for prosecutorial protection of enterprises outlined by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, presented various measures of the initiative. These encompassed severe penalties for crimes involving enterprises, the enhancement of a legal business environment, and the establishment of enterprise protection mechanisms. Wang Linfeng's exposition facilitated a comprehensive understanding of the contents and significance of this special action among the attendees.
Furthermore, Wang Linfeng provided insights into innovative initiatives launched by the LPP this year to foster the robust development of private enterprises. These initiatives included the establishment of "Enterprise Protection +" service stations and the development of manuals for preventing criminal law-related risks tailored to private enterprises. By delivering prosecutorial services marked by high quality and efficiency, Luohu aspires to instill confidence in entrepreneurs to embark on business endeavors, operate with assurance, and thrive with vigor within the district.
