Luohu releases measures to promote technology services
Recently, Luohu district issued the "Ten Measures for the High-Quality Development of Scientific Research and Technology Services in Luohu District, Shenzhen", aiming to explore and cultivate new growth drivers for the technology services and unleash new vitality for its high-quality development.
Centered around the goal of doubling the scale of the technology services in three years, these measures provide comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of enterprises, from establishment, growth, innovation, to expansion. Additionally, efforts will be made to vigorously attract leading enterprises and high-quality enterprises in specific sectors and encourage the development of high-growth enterprises, thereby increasing the overall output value of the technology services and expanding its scope.
The measures will provide up to 3 million yuan in support for high-growth enterprises based on their revenue, a one-time support of 100,000 yuan (around $13,820) for micro and small businesses transitioning to those above designated size, and a maximum support of 1 million yuan for industrial activity units in technology services transitioning to enterprise-legal persons.
Strengthening, expanding, and optimizing the technology services is a key component in leading industrial upgrading through technological innovation and advancing the economy to a medium-high level. In recent years, Luohu has vigorously promoted the attraction of technology service entities, introducing the China-Europe Innovative Medicine and Health Research Center, marking a breakthrough in major applied basic research platforms district-wide. The introduction of the Shenzhen Urban Public Safety Technology Research Institute has further explored an innovative approach of efficiently responding to urban public safety needs through an enterprise- and market-oriented operation model.
