In Luohu, advancing this project mandates the cultivation of new quality productive forces to propel its own development. The focal points include advancing high-quality development in the service industry, constructing a modern industrial system, and expediting the establishment of the "three zones" regarding the consumption, Shenzhen-Hong Kong integrated development, and modern services.
Moving forward, Luohu will refine its command system, enact the "2024 Action Plan for the Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Project," and undertake twelve key initiatives. These initiatives span from upgrading strategic emerging industries to bolstering consumption and expediting Shenzhen-Hong Kong integrated development.
