Luohu recognized for government contract oversight model
Luohu district of Shenzhen was honored for its innovative government contract oversight model at the 5th China Urban Credit Construction Summit recently.
The summit announced the results of the 5th "Xinhua Credit Cup" national outstanding credit case and micro-video for application scenarios. Out of 1124 credit cases and 403 micro-videos submitted, Luohu's case stood out as one of the 180 nationally recognized outstanding credit cases.
Luohu's model ensures a closed-loop supervision process covering pre-contract risk prevention, mid-term performance checks, and post-contract performance evaluations. This addresses grassroots governance challenges such as unclear contract responsibilities and management gaps.
Luohu introduced 15 innovative institutions such as "Measures of Luohu District Government on Contract Supervision and Management," providing institutional support for optimizing the local business environment.
The district established China's first intelligent supervision platform on government contract performance, covering 215 organizations, and implemented comprehensive big data monitoring for government contracts exceeding 30,000 yuan.
Luohu also shared experience in this regard with various regions including Heilongjiang province, Wenzhou city, Yiwu city, and Zibo city.
