Memorandum safeguarding private enterprises’ interests signed in Luohu
The Luohu District Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Luohu District People's Court held a signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Cooperation on Promoting the Development of Private Enterprises on Nov. 16. The memorandum represents the application of the "Fengqiao experience" in the new era, aiming to establish an efficient dispute resolution mechanism and provide more accurate, pragmatic and effective judicial services and guarantees for private enterprises.
The signing ceremony marks a consensus between the industry and commerce federation and the court on protecting the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises in accordance with the law. Additionally, it establishes a mechanism for joint research, communication and coordination, and facilitates channels for private enterprises to voice their needs. Efforts will be made to publicize legal education through brochures and promote the experience of Caiwuwei, the model business district for legal dispute resolution in Shenzhen.
