Summit spotlights talent development in Luohu
Luohu District held the 2023 Talent Empowerment for High-Quality Development Summit at the district’s Yinhu Conference Center on Nov. 15. The event aimed to deepen the implementation of the talent-driven development strategy, unleash the innovative vitality of its talents, and further demonstrate Luohu's sincerity and enthusiasm in attracting, gathering, and valuing talents.
During the summit, Zhang Yujie, deputy minister of the Organization Department of the Luohu District Committee, introduced the "Ten Actions for Comprehensive Promotion of Talent-Driven Development in Luohu District in the New Era," showcasing Luohu’s efforts to cultivate an environment conducive to talent growth, establish a pathway for talent advancement, and harness the potential of available resources.
At the summit, Luohu District awarded certificates to a group of outstanding talents, newly introduced high-level talent teams, and talent recruitment teams within the district.
Furthermore, the summit included the unveiling ceremony of the Luohu Talent Park.
