Shenzhen citizens enjoy ‘internet + healthcare’ services
Forty-eight internet hospitals have so far been launched in Shenzhen. These hospitals rely on physical hospitals to provide one-stop and comprehensive “internet + medical health” services during and after diagnosis stages.
In addition to common medical services, such as appointment registration, online reexamination, and drug delivery, the internet hospitals also offer home services and two-way referrals between community healthcare centers and hospitals so as to bring more convenience to citizens.
For example, Luohu People's Internet Hospital opened an online psychological consultation clinic in May, providing full life-cycle services for patients.
Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group launched a smart platform for caring services last year. More than 500 service items are included on the platform, such as illness treatment and rehabilitation nursing, meeting the needs for multi-level, diversified, and personalized health and elderly care services.
