On Sept. 19, the fourth plenary session of the eighth Luohu Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) emphasized that the district should uphold the goal of creating a pioneering urban area for socialist modernization and sustainable development, known as the “Three Strengths, Three Zones” initiative. Luohu aims to lead the way in advancing China’s modernization efforts in Guangdong province. The report was presented by Fan Defan, head of Luohu and Secretary of the Luohu Committee of China, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the CPC Luohu District Committee.
