Shenzhen human resource forum held in Luohu
A forum on human resources in Shenzhen was held in Luohu's talent industrial park on April 7.
More than 300 people, mainly composed of government officials, experts, researchers, and entrepreneurs, took part in the activity.
At the forum, Shenzhen was urged to serve as a role model for the development of the national human resource service industry by making innovation and building platforms for cooperation.
Some business owners, based on their own experience, provided suggestions to policymakers on how to better support the development of Shenzhen’s human resource service industry.
According to statistics, by the end of 2022, there were 2,750 human resource service and labor dispatch institutions in Shenzhen, employing a total of 58,800 people and generating an annual revenue of 124 billion yuan ($18 billion).
By virtue of its solid foundation, rich business forms, and a sound human resource industry chain, Luohu is accelerating its efforts to build a modern service industry cluster, with human resource service being an important component of that development.
