Luohu concert staged
A large-scale symphony concert titled “City of Dreams” was staged at the Shenzhen Grand Theatre on March 28.
The 70-minute concert, starring many renowned musicians, showed the development achievements and prospects of Luohu district as a pioneer in Shenzhen’s implementation of reform and opening-up policies.
The event was organized by the Luohu district government.
