Luohu holds legal forum on GBA’s high-quality development
A legal forum on high-quality development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area themed “new technology, new opportunity” was held in Luohu on March 27.
The forum focused on how to link enterprises and legal services in an era of new technology and new opportunities. From the perspective of intellectual property, finance, and corporate listings, the forum proposed that legal services should help enterprises pursue high-quality development.
Shenzhen is committed to building a platform for legal affairs cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, promoting the convergence of laws and rules between Shenzhen and Hong Kong and Macao, and serving the development of the Greater Bay Area.
Focusing on complying with international rules and connecting with others, Luohu has dedicated itself to building a new platform and an open economic system. By focusing on "industry + service" and rule-of-law, the district government’s administrative behaviors have been improved and standardized, the modernization of its social governance capacities has been promoted, and its rule-of-law business environment has been optimized.
The forum consisted of keynote speeches, a round table forum, legal examinations, on-site legal consultations, and other exchange activities.
The legal forum focused on the construction of the Greater Bay Area and set up a platform for exchanges and discussions between enterprises and legal service providers. In the future, Luohu will continue to support the development of enterprises and the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through high-quality legal services, the district government said.
