Luohu improves governance with equipment and technology
Citywide cameras and artificial intelligence technology have helped Luohu district to find and resolve problems related to urban management, particularly parking cars and bikes in unlawful places, in a more efficient manner.
Thanks to the increasingly wide intelligent applications of equipment and technologies in more urban scenarios, the grassroots government departments’ responses to these problems have become much quicker than before.
The average length of time it takes to address people’s complaints has shortened from around four hours to about 30 minutes thanks to the introduction of the smart system, which realizes round-the-clock monitoring of the city’s public sites and provides pre-warnings intelligent analysis about relevant problems.
These changes represent part of the district’s latest efforts to improve its governance and public services in an innovative manner.
