New program features Luohu's low-carbon development
The Luohu New Media Center recently launched the latest episode of its series on Luohu's high-quality development. This episode was about building a low-carbon urban society in the district.
As the program shows, many office buildings are installing photovoltaic panels on their roofs to save electricity. By increasing the solar power storage capacity of the buildings, they hope to achieve carbon neutrality as soon as possible.
According to the Luohu government, the district is committed to building itself into a low-carbon urban area by focusing on the implementation of action plans in five areas — energy conservation, efficiency and carbon reduction, green and low-carbon industry promotion, creating a key demonstration project, and energy conservation and low-carbon publicity.
All these efforts are being made to promote the profound green and low-carbon transformation of Luohu's economy, industry and society.
