The Luohu district government recently introduced Sungang, a sub-district office, as the "guest room" of the district, in a regular news conference it held on March 22. 

According to the news conference, Sungang will create new space, develop new industries, promote new consumption, and provide new services for investors and entrepreneurs. 

During the conference, some officials and offices of the Sungang sub-district office were assigned the task of attracting investment and serving enterprises. 

Sungang sits at the intersection of the Sungang-Qingshuihe area and the Hongling emerging financial and industrial belt. The latter holds 80% of Luohu's licensed financial institutions, contributing 42% of its gross domestic product and 46% of tax revenue.
