Luohu medical care reform brings tangible benefits to people
With the opening of another community health and rehabilitation center
in Luohu, the district’s medical care reform has paid increasing
attention to satisfying the people’s demands at the grassroots level and
diverting more medical care resources to neighborhoods.
As a result,
it has become more convenient for local residents to see a doctor near
their homes, and the medical care services are becoming more considerate
and customized.
The Luohu New Media Center recently launched a video
report reviewing how the district’s medical care reform since 2015 has
brought tangible benefits to the people.
Luohu plans to fully cover
its residents with free basic public health services. As of May this
year, 68 community health and rehabilitation centers have been put into
operation, and 160,100 vulnerable people that need regular and special
medical care and services have signed a service contract with 370 family
doctor teams the district government has founded.
Luohu has also
promoted the provision of consultation services through online platforms
so that its residents can access professional advice more quickly.
Looking
ahead, the district will continue to deepen the medical care reform to
further improve people’s sense of gain and happiness.
